What is UI/UX design and why do I need it?
UI (User Interface) design is how your digital product looks; UX (User Experience) is how it works and flows. Together they determine how quickly users find what they need, and whether they stay or leave for a competitor.
Do you design mobile-first?
Yes. All UI/UX work is designed mobile-first, ensuring your experience works beautifully on phones, tablets, and desktop screens. Mobile accounts for the majority of web traffic, so this is non-negotiable.
How does the design approval process work?
We start with wireframes (layout without visuals) for your structural approval, then move into full visual design. You review and request revisions at each stage before anything is finalised or handed to development.
Can you redesign an existing website or app?
Absolutely. Many of our UI/UX projects are redesigns. We modernise outdated interfaces, improve conversion rates, or make an existing product work properly on mobile.
What formats are design files delivered in?
Final files are delivered in the formats your developer needs, typically Figma, Adobe XD, or annotated PDFs with exported assets. We discuss your team's requirements at project kickoff.
Do you also handle the development after design?
Yes. We offer full web development in house, so we can take your UI/UX designs through to a fully built, live website without losing the design along the way.
