Got Questions?

Answers to your questions.

How do you structure project pricing and payments?

We quote each project individually based on its scope, so you only pay for what you actually need. You will receive a fixed, itemized proposal before we start. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and begin the project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, right before handover. There are no hidden costs or surprise invoices.

How long do projects take and how does the process work?

Typically, brand identity projects take 2 to 3 weeks, and website projects take 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish. Our process is straightforward:

1. Discovery and Strategy. We align on your goals and design preferences.
2. Design Concepts. We present initial designs for your review.
3. Refinement. We make revisions based on your feedback until it is right.
4. Handover. Once approved, we deliver your final files or launch your website.

We agree on a clear delivery date at the start of your project and we stick to it.

Why should I invest in a custom website instead of using social media or a basic template?

A social media page is rented space. You do not own it and you are at the mercy of algorithm changes. A custom website is your own digital asset. It is built to rank on Google for terms your customers search for, which social profiles rarely do.

Furthermore, a custom-designed site looks established and professional, whereas a generic template or social page signals a lack of investment. Combined with a professional domain email (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.co.za), it immediately builds trust with potential clients.

What deliverables do I receive, and who owns the final work?

You own 100% of the final designs and code upon project completion. Once the final payment is cleared, we send a secure link containing:

Editable source files (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or web code)
High-resolution print files (PDF, Vector formats)
Web-ready images (PNG, JPEG, SVG)
Brand guidelines (documenting your colors, fonts, and logo usage)

There are no ongoing licensing fees, and you are never locked into working with us to access your assets.
