What is a design retainer and is it right for my startup?
A retainer is a monthly design support agreement where you purchase a block of hours in advance. It is ideal if you have regular design needs such as social posts, marketing materials and web updates, and want a dedicated team who knows your brand.
How much does a startup brand launch cost?
Our Starter branding package starts from R2,120 and includes logo concepts, a logo manual, letterhead, and business cards. Full startup launch packages with websites and social branding are available from R46,380.
Do you require a deposit to start work?
Yes. Graphic design projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Website and development projects require a 60 to 80 percent deposit to cover hosting, domain registration and setup costs.
How quickly can you launch my brand?
Most logo and stationery projects are completed within 1 to 2 business days of deposit. Full brand and website launches typically take 5 to 14 business days depending on scope.
Can I upgrade my package as my business grows?
Absolutely. We work with businesses at every stage of growth. Many clients start with a basic branding package and move into retainer programs or full social media management as their needs evolve.
