Why Custom Design Beats Templates Every Time
Template websites are everywhere because they are cheap and quick. That is also their weakness. When your website is built from the same theme as thousands of others, nothing about it says who you are or why a customer should pick you. Visitors notice, even if they cannot explain why, and they move on.
Custom design starts with your business instead of a theme file. We look at what your customers need, how they search, and what makes you different from the shop down the road. The layout, the words and the images are all chosen to answer those questions. The result loads faster, ranks better on Google, and gives people a reason to trust you. That is the difference between a website that sits there and one that brings in work.

This explains exactly what happened with our old site. We moved off a template last year and the difference in enquiries was immediate.
